The apartment

Davos Lake Escape is a beautifully renovated 3 bedroom apartment sleeping up to 8 guests across two double bedrooms and a quadruple room. Bright, well-equipped, thoughtfully finished and with underfloor heating throughout, it's designed to feel like a proper home away from home, not just somewhere to sleep between adventures.

We're getting ready for our full launch and will be adding room photos very soon — we hope the descriptions below give you a flavour, in the meantime.

Living & dining

The heart of the apartment — a large, bright living and dining room with beautiful views over the meadow and mountains beyond. Sink into the sofa after a long day on the slopes, or gather round the table for a cosy and relaxing evening meal,

Kitchen

Fully equipped and ready to cook in.

Thoughtfully equipped with everything you need—from a DeLonghi coffee machine to herbs, spices and cooking essentials already stocked. Open the doors onto the veranda and enjoy breakfast with mountain views.

THE VERANDA

Your own private slice of the Alps — whatever the weather.

A full-length veranda runs the entire length of the apartment, looking out over the meadow and the mountain panorama beyond. This is where you'll want to be with your morning coffee, your evening glass of wine, or simply to sit and watch the world slow down. Step off the veranda into the meadow and you'll catch a beautiful view of the Davos Lake too.

What makes this apartment special is the winter garden leading off from one of the bedrooms — a sheltered, wind-free seating area that means you can enjoy the mountain views outside even in the depths of a Davos winter. Think of it as your own private reading nook with a beautiful view of the Alps — the perfect place to disappear with a book while the snow falls outside.

Steinbock

A beautifully calm double bedroom leading on to the winter garden on the veranda and facing towards the meadow and mountains.

Murmeli

A second double bedroom, also leading on to the veranda and facing towards the meadow and mountains. Light, restful and beautifully positioned — ideal for a second couple or older children wanting their own space.

BEDROOM 3

Eichhörnli

The largest bedroom in the apartment, and perhaps the cosiest. Finished with warm wood panelling that gives it a proper alpine feel, this room has real character. With two double beds allowing flexible sleeping arrangements, it works perfectly for a family or a group of friends.

MAIN BATHROOM

A fully renovated bathroom with bath, overhead shower — and unlike many Swiss holiday apartments, you'll also have your own private washing machine and tumble dryer.

SHOWER ROOM

A fully renovated modern shower room with a clean, timeless finish. Fresh, bright and practical — no morning queues when the whole group needs to be out the door for first lifts.

A few things to note:

The apartment is set in a beautiful natural environment beside the Davos Lake. The small water channels that feed the lake are unfenced, so families travelling with toddlers or very young children should supervise them closely outdoors.

The meadow in front of the apartment is a natural private space — not a communal garden. Please be mindful of neighbouring apartments' privacy.

Davos Lake Escape enjoys one of the quietest locations in Davos, moments from the lake and surrounded by mountain scenery.
